I learned how to make this cheesecake when I was in middle school. Anyone can make it super simple and affordable. List of ingredients are as follows:
1 block of cream cheese
2 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Half a lime
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
First before you do anything pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. Meanwhile the oven preheats, its time to make the cheesecake mixture. I use a blender to mix everything together. You start off with your two eggs first, then your can of condensed milk. After you want to add your teaspoon of vanilla. Now for the lime do not use all of the lime. Just put in 4 to 5 drops of the lime. The lime is used to balance out the eggs and the vanilla. After the lime add your whole block of cream cheese. Once you have all your ingredients in the blender, blend it all up. Not for too long though. Just enough so everything is properly mixed. Once you are done with that pour in your cheesecake mixture in your premade graham cracker crust, unless you made your own. Once that is done, pop your cheesecake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Once your timer is up check if its properly done. I like sticking a toothpick down the middle. If the toothpick comes out clean, your cheesecake is done! There, you made yourself a really easy and tasty cheesecake.
